March is our first foraging trip of the year, and we will be tapping the sap of birch trees in the area! Please check the weather, dress appropriately, and come and have a go.
We will meet at Company Drinks HQ at the Outdoor Bowls Pavilion at 12 noon. We will have a tea indoors after the session to warm up if needs be.
The sap that we forage will then be used to make a locally sourced cordial in one of our monthly making workshops over at HQ in the Barking Park Bowling Pavilion.
