Grow Club is a gentle, wellbeing-focused space rooted in the power of nature. We recognise the positive impact green spaces can have on our mental and physical wellbeing, and each session is designed with that in mind. Time in the garden looks different for everyone. We move at our own pace, practise mindfulness, and engage in activities that feel right for us on the day, whether that’s gardening, learning new skills, or simply being present outdoors. Grow Club encourages rest, connection, and growth, for both ourselves and the garden we care for.

Welcoming the Project

Our first session of Pollinators & People: Wellbeing Garden in Colour. We’ll walk the garden together and notice what is already in flower, then plan where this season’s colour will go. Gentle work — weeding the beds we’ll be planting into next week, and a cup of tea while we look at what plug plants we’d like to bring in.
