Grow Club is a gentle, wellbeing-focused space rooted in the power of nature. We recognise the positive impact green spaces can have on our mental and physical wellbeing, and each session is designed with that in mind. Time in the garden looks different for everyone. We move at our own pace, practise mindfulness, and engage in activities that feel right for us on the day, whether that’s gardening, learning new skills, or simply being present outdoors. Grow Club encourages rest, connection, and growth, for both ourselves and the garden we care for.

The Grow Club activities this month will be:
Walking the Garden in Bloom
July is when colour really arrives. We’ll do a slow walk together, noticing what is in flower and which plants the pollinators are working hardest on. Light deadheading and watering, and we’ll take photos of the garden to track how it changes through the season.
