For the Museum of London‘s ‘City Now City Future’ programme, Company Drinks is organising a series of urban picking and foraging walks to collect the ingredients for the new ‘Urban Herbal’ a non-alcoholic carbonated drink made from plants gathered across urban gardens and parks.

The walks introduce a network of growers, gardeners and foragers who make use of the urban landscape as a productive growing space, and the approaches and attitudes we’ll meet en route range from medicine-focused to community-committed, zero-food-miles to exquisite flavour extraction, from commercial growing to year-round foraging.
