If you, or anyone you know, are struggling this winter, and are in need of someone to talk to, you can reach Samaritans, night or day, and get some extra support. Call 116 123.

If you’re in need of food this winter, the BD Collective website provides an extensive list of local Food Banks in operation with opening times and a map of locations. These include halal options.

The Eden Community Storehouse is an affordable, community supermarket, which empowers you to choose your own food products to suit yours and your family’s needs. Open at Kingsley Hall Community Centre, Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm. Parsloes Avenue, Dagenham, RM9 5NB
