Every week in Barking Park, we're growing all new ingredients, learning gardening skills and helping to improve the biodiversity of Barking Park. If you're interested in getting outdoors, feeling better and spending time learning about herbs, flowers and nature, please get in touch on contact@companydrinks.info or attend one of the induction sessions. This week we're growing and tending: digging roots and moving compost
We are now running a weekly Growing Club every Friday from 10am-12pm.
Our main activities at the moment are:
– tending raised beds with edible herbs
– harvesting and processing herbs
– preparing a compost system
– root digging
– preparing wild flower areas
We’re having special seasonal events and celebrations, and once a month we sit together for a shared lunch after the growing session.

Friday 9th November from 1-2.30pm
Friday 14th December from 1-2.30pm.
