A workshop to continue a pre-pandemic initiative to visualise the diverse economies of cultural programmes and places. Ideas and outcomes will feed into a large-scale exhibition titles 'Economy the Blockbuster' at the Whitworth Art Gallery in 2023.
Kathrin Böhm and Kuba Szreder from Company Drinks’ Centre for Plausible Economies are leading a one day workshop on detailing the diverse economies of cultural programmes through drawing.
The workshop follows on from previous sessions at The Whitworth which addressed art as economic practice and a new community economy strategy for the museum.
