It's time to make our famous cordial and lemonade! We'll be heading out to the places we know at 'The Chase' to collect the first elderflower of the season.

If you come by public transport, take the Bus No 174 from Chadwell Heath Station or from Romford Station, and get off at Eastbrookend Country Park, also known as The Chase.
