Eating hyper-processed foods can lead to nutrient deficiency, feeling lethargic and an increase in plastic waste. Fermenting foods can reverse these effects, while pickling perks up a boring meal! Cheap, easy and good for your gut, this DIY session will give you all the basic knowledge to get started, plus we'll be using surplus food saved from landfill.
