Wellbeing is the main focus in the Grow club garden, and we acknowledge how important being in green spaces help support our wellbeing. We spend time in the garden that best fits how we are doing on the day, we practice mindfulness and taking care of our mental and physical wellbeing whilst working at our own space and speed. We encourage relaxation, connecting with nature and learning new skills to keep ourselves and the garden nourished

This week we will be visiting the amazing Eastbury Manor house in Barking, we will be looking at the manor heritage gardens as well as picking and juicing crab apples.
Please meet us at 11am at Eastbury Manor house, bring some water and a packed lunch for yourself and check the weather before hand, dressing appropriatly
