Wellbeing is the main focus in the Grow club garden, and we acknowledge how important being in green spaces help support our wellbeing.
We spend time in the garden that best fits how we are doing on the day, we practice mindfulness and taking care of our mental and physical wellbeing whilst working at our own space and speed. We encourage relaxation, connecting with nature and learning new skills to keep ourselves and the garden nourished
We will be closed during the Christmas period and will be open again in January, Please contact Shaun if you would like to attend in 2022
