Wellbeing is the main focus in the Grow club garden, and we acknowledge how important being in green spaces help support our wellbeing. We spend time in the garden that best fits how we are doing on the day, we practice mindfulness and taking care of our mental and physical wellbeing whilst working at our own space and speed. We encourage relaxation, connecting with nature and learning new skills to keep ourselves and the garden nourished
Company Drinks is going east for the day, to visit an exhibition and a artist run space in Southend on Sea. We will travel by train to Southend Central and go to Focal Point Gallery. Afterwards we are planning to go to The Old Waterworks which is an artist run space with a growing space and other community programmes.
