Wellbeing is the main focus in the Grow club garden, and we acknowledge how important being in green spaces help support our wellbeing. We spend time in the garden that best fits how we are doing on the day, we practice mindfulness and taking care of our mental and physical wellbeing whilst working at our own space and speed. We encourage relaxation, connecting with nature and learning new skills to keep ourselves and the garden nourished

The Grow Club activities for July will be:

Visiting Rainham Marshes an RSPB nature reserve, please contact Shaun to register your place, the Grow Club garden will not be open for this session

We will meet at Barking Station at 11 am and travel together on the train to the Marshes
.
Bring some water and a pack for yourself and be sure to check the weather and wear appropriate clothing.
