Grow Club is a gentle, wellbeing-focused space rooted in the power of nature. We recognise the positive impact green spaces can have on our mental and physical wellbeing, and each session is designed with that in mind. Time in the garden looks different for everyone. We move at our own pace, practise mindfulness, and engage in activities that feel right for us on the day, whether that’s gardening, learning new skills, or simply being present outdoors. Grow Club encourages rest, connection, and growth, for both ourselves and the garden we care for.

The Grow Club activities this month will be:
Planting for Colour
A planting session. We’ll get this season’s plug plants into the ground — hopefully lavender, calendula, cosmos, nasturtium, and whatever else we’ve been able to find on offer. We’ll talk about which flowers the bees love most and arrange the beds so colour and scent are layered through the summer.
