Grow Club is a gentle, wellbeing-focused space rooted in the power of nature. We recognise the positive impact green spaces can have on our mental and physical wellbeing, and each session is designed with that in mind. Time in the garden looks different for everyone. We move at our own pace, practise mindfulness, and engage in activities that feel right for us on the day, whether that’s gardening, learning new skills, or simply being present outdoors. Grow Club encourages rest, connection, and growth, for both ourselves and the garden we care for.

The Grow Club activities this month will be:

Spring Maintenance with Intention

We’ll take care of essential garden jobs such as pruning, weeding, and raised bed maintenance while staying mindful of our bodies and energy levels. A balanced session of movement and rest.

We’ll finish the month with our shared meal, a chance to connect over food. We invite contributions that feel nourishing and balanced, helping us reflect on how food choices can support our health and wellbeing. This month, we’ll focus on colourful foods

Please arrive on time for 11:00 am, as we will be doing a group check-in and group introductions. Following this, we will have a garden stretch and mindfulness

.

Please bring some water and a packed lunch for yourself
