Grow Club is a gentle, wellbeing-focused space rooted in the power of nature. We recognise the positive impact green spaces can have on our mental and physical wellbeing, and each session is designed with that in mind. Time in the garden looks different for everyone. We move at our own pace, practise mindfulness, and engage in activities that feel right for us on the day, whether that’s gardening, learning new skills, or simply being present outdoors. Grow Club encourages rest, connection, and growth, for both ourselves and the garden we care for.

Closing the Season

Our last Grow Club of the project, and our shared meal. Everyone brings a dish. We’ll do a final walk through the garden together, plant the last of the bulbs if any are still to go in, and sit down to a longer lunch to mark the end of the season. A chance to look back on what we’ve grown, what we’ve learnt, and what we’d like to carry into next year. A warm, generous way to close.
