Every week in Barking Park, we're growing all new ingredients, learning gardening skills and helping to improve the biodiversity of Barking Park. As well as our usual gardening session, as it is the second Friday of October we will also be having our monthly shared lunch. This will be from 12-1pm and you are welcome to bring something big or small to share.
**Please arrive from 9:30am for a cup of tea ready for a 10am start.**
We are now running a weekly Growing Club every Friday from 9:30am-12noon.
Our main activities at the moment are:
– harvesting our herbs
– weeding and deadheading
– preparing for Autumn
– spending time connecting with our senses
We hold special seasonal events and celebrations, and once a month we sit together for a shared lunch after the growing session.
