Come join us for a fab afternoon in the garden with rewilding expert Ida Fabrizio reconnecting with your senses and connecting with nature. Ida will lead us on a journey using our senses to connect with ourselves and the nature around us, focusing on natural movement, sensory nature awareness and learn a bit about bird song.
This afternoon session is for anyone to join, young children and old that want to play and reconnect with your surroundings.
