Company Drinks together with Square Root London (Hackney) will be making a special batch of a Sour Brexit soft drink .
The flavour and levels of sourness will be developed during public drop-in workshop at Dagenham Library on Thursday 28th April from 2-4.30pm. We are planning to use British Rhubarb as a base flavour and then add different levels of sourness to it – using citric acid. Members of the public are invited to make their own mixes, from normal sweet to super- sour.
Photographer Dominick Tyler will take shots of everyone as they taste their mix. The portraits will become the labels on the bottles.
The final Sour Brexit drinks range will include all levels of sweet and sourness, but this are not indicated on the bottle.
So if you pick a Sour Brexit you will only know how sour it is once you try it……
