.
Company Drinks, Fruitful Orchard and LBBD are working together on a project called
The Good Food Growers.
.
For the first phase of this project, we delivered
a series of training workshops and outreach/engagement last
summer (with
Barking Food Forest); we spoke with local people about their food growing aspirations, to better understand what the local needs were for increasing local food growing!
.
As part of this second phase, we’re trialling an online training session for people who are looking to establish food growing sites, projects and community initiatives, and we’ve identified that it would be really great for you to be there!
.
This will be roughly 3 hours, an online session made up of 2 x parts (you could attend both/either):
- 1 – Governing, organising and funding community growing initiatives
- 2 – Skills, space, seasons, tools and resources – what you need to set up a lasting growing initiative
.
If this sounds helpful/useful to you….please email cam@companydrinks.info to sign up or find out more.
