We run workshops throughout the year with schools, young people, and by invitation for other groups. Our workshop are mostly about teaching, showing and sharing, though we sometimes process the things we’ve picked into cordials and syrups (the rest of our pickings get processed at small soda-works and bottling plants across London).
We also run Molecular Fizz, our bespoke workshop programme for young people, exploring the politics of soft drinks, and how to make your own.
